1. Presentation.
Under article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the websites www.mad.fr, www.madtalent.fr and www.madacademy.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Sites”) are informed of the identity of the various stakeholders in the context of their implementation and monitoring:

2. General conditions of use of the site and the services offered.
The Sites constitute an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and the applicable International Regulations. The Customer may not in any way reuse, transfer or exploit for his own account all or part of the elements or works of the Sites.
The use of the Sites implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the Sites are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
The Sites are normally accessible to users at all times. However, an interruption due to technical maintenance may be decided by MAD, which will then endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention. The Sites are updated regularly. The legal notices can thus be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to read them.
3. Description of services provided.
The purpose of the Sites is to provide information concerning all of the company's activities. MAD strives to provide information on its Sites that is as accurate as possible. However, he cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in the update, whether caused by himself or by third party partners who provide him with this information.
All information indicated on the Sites is given for information purposes only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Sites is not exhaustive. They are given subject to changes that have been made since they were put online.
4. Contractual limitations on technical data.
MAD cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the Sites. In addition, the user of the Sites undertakes to access them using recent equipment, which does not contain viruses and with an up-to-date latest-generation browser. The sites are hosted by a service provider on the territory of the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD: No. 2016-679): OVH — 2 rue Kellermann 59100 Roubaix.
The objective is to provide a service that ensures the best accessibility rate. The host ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible periods, in particular for the purposes of maintenance, improvement of its infrastructures, failure of its infrastructures or if the Services and Services generate traffic deemed to be abnormal.
Neither MAD nor the host can be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephony equipment, in particular due to network congestion preventing access to the server.
5. Intellectual property and counterfeits.
MAD owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights to use all the elements accessible on the Sites, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written permission of MAD.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitations of liability.
MAD Network acts as publisher of the Sites. MAD Network is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.
MAD cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment, when accessing the Sites, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
MAD Network can also not be held responsible for indirect damages (such as a loss of market or loss of an opportunity) resulting from the use of the Sites.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
Any dispute in connection with the use of the sites www.mad.fr, www.madtalent.fr and www.madacademy.fr is subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of PARIS.

The Sites include www.mad.fr and other sites or mobile applications developed and managed by MAD, including www.madtalent.fr and www.madacademy.fr.
MAD reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify and update this Privacy Policy at any time: we therefore recommend that you consult the latest version in force each time you visit the Sites.
Data collection and use
MAD may collect personal data about you such as your first and last name, contact information, profession, company affiliation, industry, region/country, why you contacted MAD, areas of interest, and any other information you choose to share. By browsing our sites or submitting information to us, you explicitly consent to MAD processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. MAD may use your personal data to process your request, to send you marketing communications, to process your application for a job offer.
MAD collects your personal data when you contact MAD to request information and/or when you provide information through the Sites, for example when you fill out a contact form, subscribe to MAD emails, apply for a job at MAD, or submit your application to MAD Talent.
The personal data we collect may include your name, email address, title, profession, company affiliation, why you contacted MAD, areas of interest, information submitted as part of a job application, and any other information you provide to us.
By browsing our Sites and submitting this information to us, you explicitly consent to MAD's use of your personal data in the manner and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Please do not send us information that you do not want MAD to use.
MAD uses your personal data to process your request, to provide you with the information you request from us, and/or to send you marketing communications. If you have applied for a job at MAD or have submitted your application to MAD Talent, your data will be used to assess and process your application for the position you have applied for. We may also use your data to analyze and improve our recruitment processes as well as to contact you about events organized by MAD and to send you publications that may be of interest to you. There is no requirement for you to share personal data with us. However, if you do not do so, we may not be able to process your request or provide you with the services you requested.
MAD will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to process your request or as long as we have a relationship with you. If you have applied for a job at MAD or submitted your application to MAD Talent, MAD will keep the personal data associated with your application for up to five years.
Use of cookies on the Sites
Our Sites use cookies or other technologies to obtain certain types of information about you. You can disable or delete cookies by consulting the “Help” section of your Internet browser, but this may affect some of the functionality of our Sites.

• third party service providers that we have carefully selected, for example in the areas of marketing (if you have subscribed to our marketing communications), the provision of IT systems, recruitment, resume and background checks, data cleaning, or events, so that they can provide their services to MAD;

Third parties, other than law enforcement agencies or government agencies, will only process your personal data on behalf of MAD for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. MAD will not sell or share your personal data with third parties in any way for their own purposes.
Some of the MAD group companies and other third parties with whom we share information may be located in other countries, including countries whose personal data protection laws are not as protective as in the country in which you reside. If this is the case, MAD ensures that your personal data is protected by using appropriate legal mechanisms.

Our Sites may contain links to third party sites that are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. MAD cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites or for your use of them.

• If you receive marketing communications from MAD, you can unsubscribe from future MAD communications or unsubscribe from a particular program by using the unsubscribe link available in all MAD marketing emails.
• If you would like to send us a request regarding your personal data, other than your application data, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that we will take steps to verify your identity before responding to your request.
• If you believe that we are processing information about you unlawfully, please contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Candidates
If you apply for a job at MAD or submit your application to MAD Talent, you may provide information to MAD such as your name, contact information, academic and professional background information, and other information that is relevant to your application or that you have chosen to share with MAD. If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to process your application.
MAD will use this information to assess your application for the position you have applied for. This may involve evaluating your skills and experience against the qualifications required for the position you have applied for and following up on the feedback, feedback, and interactions we have with you throughout the recruitment process. We may also use your information to analyze our internal recruitment processes and determine what recruitment sources we should focus on, how to improve onboarding and training programs for our new employees, and how to improve our interview model to improve the quality of our recruitment. The information you provide may also be used to communicate with you about events organized by MAD and to send you publications that may be of interest to you.
Your personal data may be shared with other companies in the MAD group as well as with third parties such as service providers in the fields of recruitment and CV and background checks, as well as with IT system providers. In particular, if you send your application to MAD Talent, your data will be stored in a database provided by ADMEN and hosted in France.

Definitions
1. The data controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes (why) and the means (how) of the processing of personal data.
